KRAUT SALAD 
1 (2 1/2 size) can shredded kraut
1 onion, sliced thin
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced round
1 red pepper or 2 pimentos
1/4 c. sugar or 5 equal
1/4 c. vinegar

Drain kraut well. Mix all and store in sealed container. Not metal. Leave overnight.
