SWEET AND SOUR KRAUT SALAD 
1 can Kraut, shredded, washed & drained
2 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pimento, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dressing with kraut and let stand overnight or for several days. This will hold one week in the refrigerator.

Use No. 2 1/2 can.
