SOUR KRAUT SALAD 
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped apples (with skins on)
1 can drained sour kraut
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. honey

Keeps well in covered bowl in refrigerator.

Suggestions: Use Bavarian Sour Kraut. It has extra spices. Add 1 can of Four Bean Salad.
