SAUERKRAUT SOUP 
7-10 lg. carrots, chopped largely 2 stalks celery, chopped largely 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 jalapeno pepper, minced 7 lg. potatoes, sliced largely 1 jar sauerkraut along with juice Whole milk 3 pkg. Jimmy Dean hot sausage Salt & pepper 3 cans chicken broth 2 cans cream of potato soup

Brown sausage along with onions. Drain fat and set aside. In large soup kettle combine the 3 cans of chicken broth along with the 2 cans of cream of potato soup and 1 can of whole milk. Add the browned sausage and onions to the soup mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer slowly for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more milk as needed to adjust thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.
