TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 egg, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 c. diced, unpeeled apples
1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix together large can of pineapple (drained) and 2 cups miniature marshmallows; set aside.

Prepare Dressing: 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 egg Juice from pineapple

Mix together and heat 5 minutes. Refrigerate until cool; fold in Cool Whip. Mix in apples, peanuts, pineapple, and marshmallows.
