1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix all together in a saucepan. Bring to boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Place a layer of Waverly crackers on bottom of 9x13 pan. Put 1/2 of boiled mixture on top of crackers, then another layer of crackers and rest of mixture on top. Top with another layer of crackers. Frost with: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips, 2/3 cup peanut butter. Melt in microwave or over hot water.
