SHRIMP & LOBSTER SAUCE 
1 lb. shrimp
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. white wine
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
4 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 lb. ground port
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten

Make marinade of 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt and white wine. Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, make seasoning sauce of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon salt, sugar and green onions. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, stir-fry the shrimp for 1 minute.

Remove shrimp. Add 2 tablespoons oil, brown garlic and pork for 3 minutes. Add seasoning sauces first, then the shrimp, stir until thickened. Pour in the beaten egg. Stir for 1 minute. Serve with cooked rice.
