TOMATO PIE | |
1 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. butter 4-5 med. tomatoes 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1-2 green onions 2 tbsp. fresh parsley Mix Bisquick mix, water and soft butter with fork and press into a 9 inch pie dish. Layer tomatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick on crust. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Mix mayonnaise, onions and parsley; spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Lower half of oven. Make sure it bubbles on edges. |
