CHEESE GRITS 
1 cup uncooked grits
1 6 oz. pkg. processed garlic cheese in cylinder roll
1/4 cup grated very sharp cheese
1/2 cup butter
paprika

Cook grits as instructed on the package using 2 Tbsp. less water. While they are HOT, add the cheeses and butter. Pour into 9-inch square baking pan. Top with paprika. Let it sit at least one night in the fridge before baking.

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Bake for 45 minutes. It should be fairly firm, so cook longer if necessary. A brown crust around the edge only makes it better.
