RHUBARB NUT BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 2/3 c. oil 1 egg 1 c. sour cream 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix and pour into 2 greased loaf pans, make a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 325 degrees about 60 minutes. Do not over-bake. |
