1 pkg. Ramen Noodle soup - chicken 1 lb. bag shredded cabbage 1/2 c. golden raisins 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. slivered almonds 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 4 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. oil Parboil noodles for 1 minute. Cool and cut into pieces. Set aside. Mix cabbage, raisins, almonds and sunflower seeds together in large bowl. Combine sugar, dry soup mix from noodles, pepper, vinegar and oil. Mix well. Pour over cabbage, add noodles and toss. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serves lots. |
