BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. onion
1 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt

Thaw broccoli and grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

A 9 x 13 inch pan can be used if recipe is doubled. Cooking time would then be 55 minutes.
