BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. frozen broccoli (chopped)
1 stick butter (melted)

Beat eggs. Add cheese, onion and broccoli, mix. Add muffin mix and mix well; add melted butter and mix.

Pour into a 7 x 12 or 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
