PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALLS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Measure and set aside 1/2 cup of nuts. Mix cream cheese, green pepper, onion, seasoning salt, pineapple and 1/2 cup nuts. Make 2 balls. Roll each ball in chopped nuts. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving.
