JOAN'S EASY MICROWAVE CABBAGE 
1 head green cabbage
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. butter, divided
salt and pepper, to taste

Cut cabbage and place in microwave safe bowl with lid.

Add 3 tablespoons water and cover.

Cook on high power for 10 minutes. Stir and cover.

Cook another 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons butter, stir, and cook till done (another 5 to 10 minutes).

Add last tablespoon of butter and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
