1 lb. hot Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Grate cheese fine. Add to sausage and mix well. Add Bisquick slowly. Mix thoroughly. Roll into small balls about half dollar size. Bake 8-10 minutes or until brown at 350 degrees on lightly greased baking sheet.
