BROILED ROUND STEAK 
1-1/2 lbs. ground boneless round steak
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 minced onion
1 tsp. accent
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. baking powder
Sliced bacon

Beat egg and milk, add to ground round, mix well, then add onion, accent, soy sauce and baking powder. Mix thoroughly with ground round, shape in steaks, as you would for hamburger steaks. Wrap bacon around steaks, affix with toothpicks. Serve.
