APPLE STICK RELISH 
2 tart apples, cored
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Chop apples. In bowl, mix apples, onion and pickle. Combine sugar and vinegar. Toss with apple mixture; cover. Chill. Makes 3 cups.
