CAJUN BISCUITS 
1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. sugar

Grease 2 baking sheets. Dissolve yeast in water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and let rise in warm place free from draft, 45 minutes, or until double in bulk. Stir down. Drop by tablespoonsful onto prepared baking sheets. Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, 40 minutes or until almost double in bulk. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with butter.
