JELLO - PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. pretzels, crushed, not too fine 3/4 c. melted butter 1 pkg. frozen strawberries 3 tbsp. sugar 2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. boiling water 1 c. sugar 1 med. bowl Cool Whip Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over pretzels. Mix Jello and water. Stir, then add frozen strawberries. Let set for 10 minutes; strawberries will thaw and cause Jello to set. Pour over cream cheese mixture and chill. |
