HONEY AND SESAME' PORK
TENDERLOIN
 
3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2-inch piece of ginger root, peeled & sliced thin
1/4 c. honey
1 c. sesame seeds or to taste

Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger root. Pour over pork and marinate for several hours, turning several times. Remove pork and pat dry. Spread honey on plate and roll pork, covering completely. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on all sides. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let pork stand for 5 minutes and then slice.
