SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 lb. fresh sausage
1 c. chopped celery
Mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c. chopped yellow onion
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chicken broth
Butter
Nuts (water chestnuts, macadamia or pine nuts)
Salt & pepper, garlic, sage

Cook sausage. Drain. Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in butter. Add to sausage: Add bread crumbs. Add broth to moisten. Add remainder of ingredients. Stuff turkey and cook remainder in separate pan.
