1 box lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. creme de menthe
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple (sm.)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. When cool, add cold water and creme de menthe. Mix together cream cheese and pineapple. Stir in cream that has been whipped and marshmallows. Add this to the Jello mixture when it has begun to set. (If the salad is to be molded. I only use 1/2 cup of cold water.)
