CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits, cooked 15 minutes
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients.

Bake in a greased casserole dish for 1 hour at 350°F.

This may be frozen. For freezing, divide into 2 dishes and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Freeze. When ready to cook, remove from the freezer and allow to thaw. Heat thoroughly until warm.
