CHICKEN PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Filling:

diced chicken, cooked
diced celery
diced onion
salt
pepper
mayonnaise

Melt butter in cup of boiling water; add flour and salt. Stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms ball that doesn't separate.

Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one until smooth. Drop onto greased baking sheet using 1 level teaspoon dough for each puff.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Remove, split and fill.
