HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE BARS 
BASE:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Mix and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

CREAM LAYER:

2 c. pineapple, crushed and drained
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk

Mix together and spread over crust.

TOPPING:

2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. melted butter

Spread over cream layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
