CORN PUDDING | |
1 lg. can Carnation milk 2/3 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cans cream corn (16 oz. each) 1/2 stick butter 1/4 c. diced green peppers (optional) 4 eggs, slightly beaten or 1 carton Egg Beaters Mix all together and place in greased (Pam) baking dish. Bake 425 degrees for 1/2 hour then 325 degrees until golden brown and set in the middle 1/2 hour longer. May need to cover with foil last 15 minutes if getting too brown on top. 10 to 12 servings. |
