CORN PUDDING 
2 cans cream corn
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 can evaporated milk + 1 c. 2% milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 2 cans cream corn into large baking dish. Beat 2 eggs well and pour into corn, stirring well. Add sugar and flour and stir well. Melt butter and stir into corn mixture. Add vanilla and milk. Stir together well and cook 45 minutes or until done.
