SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC SAUCE 
1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add oil and heat. Add minced garlic and saute until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except for fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Drain spaghetti well, return to pot. Add sauce. Toss lightly. Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

Serves 4.
