LOW-CAL FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. onion, sliced thin
Salt
White pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced thin
3/4 c. lo-cal Italian dressing

Place celery and onion in fry pan and top with a layer of fish, salt and pepper to taste. Cover fish with tomatoes and pour Italian dressing over all. Cover pan and gently simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when lifted with a fork. Just before serving sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
