BANANA OAT MUFFINS 
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add rest of ingredients, mix thoroughly. Spoon into 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
