CHINESE CHICKEN 
3 c. cooked, boned chicken, diced
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain, wild rice, cooked according to pkg.
1 med. onion, chopped, sauteed
1 c. water chestnuts, drained, sliced, sauteed
1 c. cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 sm. jar sliced pimiento
1 c. real mayo
1 c. French style green beans, drained

Mix in casserole. Top with grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 25 minutes at 300 degrees. May be frozen and baked later.
