1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. carrots, cooked & mashed
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix well. Pour into baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

GOOD ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Frost cake and enjoy.
