MILLIONAIRE PINEAPPLE PIE 
2 baked pie crusts
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/4 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add eggs, salt, and vanilla. Beat until light and pour into baked pie shell. Chill. Blend powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Pour on top of base. Keep refrigerated.
