JOHN MARZETTI MACARONI DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. green pepper
2-3 lg. onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. - 1/2 lb. macaroni

Saute slowly ground beef and green peppers and onions in skillet with lid. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat with spoon. Add juice and sugar and additional salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer 15 minutes for flavor. Meanwhile cook macaroni in salted water until firm-soft. Drain well. Add to skillet mixture and simmer until flavors are absorbed.
