BAKED HADDOCK | |
2 lb. haddock fillets 1 can frozen cream of shrimp soup 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. bread crumbs Thaw fillets and soup. Cut fillets into serving portions. Place in a single layer in well greased baking dish. Pour soup over fish. Combine butter and crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon and parsley. |
