ICE CREAM JELLO 
2 sm. pkgs. Jello
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. boiling water
Fruit

1. Dissolve 1 package Jello in bowl to serve in, with 1 cup boiling water, add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Chill for about 1 hour.

2. Dissolve second package of Jello in 1 cup boiling water, add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

3. Arrange fruit on ice cream mixture, saving a small amount for garnish.

4. Top ice cream mixture with clear Jello. Garnish with Cool Whip and fruit.
