KONA INN BANANA BREAD 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
6 bananas, mashed
4 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Sunflower seeds or pecans (optional)

Cream butter and sugar. Add bananas and eggs, beat until well mixed. Sift dry ingredients. Blend into banana mixture - do not overmix! Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes - 1 hour, until edges begin to separate form pans. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
