BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4-8 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise or yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
Crushed cracker crumbs
1 c. cream of chicken soup (optional)

Mix mayonnaise or yogurt with milk. Dip chicken breasts in milk mixture then in crumbs. Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. If using soup spread soup in bottom of pan prior to placing chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
