1 (16 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (16 oz.) jar apple jelly
1 (12 oz.) can dry mustard
5 oz. jar horseradish
1 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper

Stir all ingredients together; mix well. Do not use a blender. Refrigerate.

Serve with crackers.
