OATMEAL APPLE RAISIN MUFFINS | |
1 egg 3/4 c. milk 1 chopped apple 1/2 c. lowfat oil 1 c. flour 1 c. quick oats 1/3 c. sugar 1 c. raisins 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Beat egg. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing just to moisten. Pour into 12 greased muffin cups until 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot with lowfat butter. Low calorie and low cholesterol. |
