LAYERED SALAD 
4 c. chopped lettuce
5 green onions, chopped
2 c. macaroni, cooked, drain, cool
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cans shrimp
10 oz. frozen peas
4 c. red cabbage, chopped
16 oz. creamy Italian dressing
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put vegetables in clear glass bowl one layer above the other. Cover cabbage with salad dressing. Shake Cheddar cheese over dressing. Arrange a tomato (cut into wedges) like a flower on top of cheese. Put a green olive in the center. This is a beautiful dish to take to a pot luck. Serves 8.
