3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1/3 stick butter
Salt (pinch)
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. orange juice

Mix all ingredients together and put in DEEP-DISH pie shell. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean in the center. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
