AG'S ELDERBERRY WINE 
2 qts. ripe elderberries
9 lbs. sugar
3 gal. water
1 1/2 c. compressed yeast
1 lb. seedless raisins

Boil sugar and water 5 minutes. Add berries. Cool. Add yeast. Stir daily for 6 days. Strain. Add raisins. Let stand 3 months. Strain and bottle.
