WINTER FRUIT SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 bananas, sliced
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
2 med. apples, chopped
1/2 lb. seedless grapes (red, purple or green)

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stir constantly, until smooth and thickened. Cool. Combine pecans and fruit. Add dressing, stir well. Chill before serving. Yield 10-12 servings.
