DO AHEAD CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. cooked chicken
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. pkg. uncooked macaroni rings
1 tsp. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole or 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turkey, ham or ground beef may also be used.
