STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
10 oz. 7-Up
1 sm. box strawberry Jell-O
Strawberries
Cool Whip

Clean and dry strawberries. Cook sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up until thick and clear (15-20 minutes). Remove from heat. Add Jell-O mix. Place dried strawberries in bottom of pie shell. Cover with sugar mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
