PUMPKIN SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 stalks celery, minced
1 onion, minced
Salt, ginger, nutmeg, to taste
3 c. chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. milk

Melt butter and saute celery, onion. Blend ingredients and heat to serve. Tiny pieces of ham is good in this also. Add more milk if it's too thick. Serves: 6.
