STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed with juice
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
1 angel food cake (pre-baked or store bought)
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
5 lg. bananas
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Lemon juice

Pour strawberry Jello from box into thawed strawberries and mix; layer on bottom of large glass serving bowl. Cube and break into bite-size pieces the angel food cake and layer on top of strawberry mixture.

Mix the vanilla pudding as directed on box and pour over first 2 layers. Slice bananas and "toss" lightly in lemon juice to prevent browning. Spread Cool Whip over banana layer and chill overnight before serving. Serves 10.
