COMPANY IS COMING CHEESEBALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. SeasonAll
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp.milk
Coarsely chopped pecans
Plastic wrap

Mix first 6 ingredients until well blended. Sprinkle some of the pecans onto the piece of plastic wrap. Spoon cheese mixture onto the nut strewn plastic wrap, shaping into a ball as you spoon. Sprinkle more nuts over top and sides of cheeseball. Gather plastic wrap up around it and secure. Transfer to plate. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours until firm. Let stand about 30 minutes at room temperature before serving with assorted crackers.
